What are FloorSite's Terms and Conditions?

  3. We offer a wide range of renovation contractor services, including floor plan drafting, walkthroughs, CAD floor plans, building layouts, and more using Matterport™ technology. The terms of each service will be outlined in the relevant agreement.
  4. Payment for our services can be made through a variety of methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and offline payments. Please note that additional fees may be charged for certain payment methods.
  5. We reserve the right to change our offerings at any time, without notice.
  6. We strive to provide the highest quality services possible, but we cannot guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any losses or damages that may occur as a result of using our services.
  7. All intellectual property, including copyrights and logos, belong to FloorSite. You may not use our intellectual property without our express written consent.
  8. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account at any time, without notice.
  9. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FloorSite, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, expenses, and liabilities arising from your use of our website and services.
  10. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

  12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
